The ordering process is simple and is done through email confirmation, and payment is made just before shipping:

You can order by (a) filling out an order form and emailing it to us or (b) placing an order over the phone (see Contact Us page).

Once we confirm the price to you and answer any questions, you may place an order through email.

Expect 1-2 weeks lead time (depending on production volume versus demand).

We will invoice you for payment once your order is ready to ship.

After we receive payment, your order will ship within 24 hours, and we will send you tracking information.

Our products’ payment methods are wire transfers, e-transfers, and credit cards.
